anti-ai.app

Methodology

anti-ai.app tracks AI updates as market-pressure events. Each node asks what capability changed, which app categories lose differentiation, and which brands or services are representative of that pressure.

Selection

Events are selected when a major AI model, product, platform feature, or distribution channel creates a visible threat to existing software categories. Older history focuses on large shifts. Current coverage is intended to track major updates monthly or weekly when the market is moving quickly.

Brand Mentions

Named apps are representative examples, not official rankings or confirmed casualties. A listed brand may still be growing, adapting, or benefiting from AI. Inclusion means the service sits in a category where AI capability is reducing willingness to pay, workflow friction, or product differentiation.

Sources

Timeline entries should prefer official release notes, company announcements, credible reporting, traffic or revenue disclosures, and observable product changes. Claims of actual business decline require direct supporting sources.

Logo Usage

Logos are used for identification and commentary. Trademark rights remain with their respective owners. Logo usage does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or verified decline.
